Who we are
Timeshare Nation is a peer-to-peer timeshare marketplace based in Southlake, Texas. Since 2015, we've connected owners who are ready to pass their timeshare on with travelers who want to own one, for $0.
Each year, about 1,800 people take over a free timeshare through Timeshare Nation. Every one of those transfers also helps a current owner who was ready to move on, so both sides come out ahead.
On average, a timeshare listed with us finds its new owner in 48 days. From there, the ownership transfer itself takes about 60 to 90 days to complete.
Our listings cover resorts across the country and beyond, many of them from well-known brands. Every listing shows the resort's yearly maintenance fee up front, so you know exactly what ownership will cost before you say yes.

What $0 means
You pay $0 to take over ownership of a timeshare listed on Timeshare Nation. There is no purchase price, and we don't charge buyers a fee for our free listings.
Once the transfer is complete, you're the owner, and you pay the resort's yearly maintenance fee like every other owner at that resort. Many listings also come with a free week, because the current owner has already paid that year's fee.

How a transfer works
1. Pick a listing: Browse free timeshares by resort, location, and maintenance fee.
2. Sign a $0 offer letter: You confirm you want to take over the ownership. There's no purchase price.
3. Send your new owner details: Fill out the new owner form and upload a copy of your ID.
4. We handle the transfer: The paperwork goes through a title and transfer process with the resort.
5. You're the owner: Most transfers take about 60 to 90 days from start to finish.
How we get paid
Buyers don't pay us. We're paid by the companies and partners who need new owners for these timeshares. That's what lets us offer ownership for $0.
